Services
This service is for sellers who have already moved out and emptied their home of all belongings, as well as builders that want to stage a model. It’s hard to attract buyers with an empty home, this service is sure to bring in offers. We provide beautiful furnishings for selected areas of the home, filling those spaces to create areas that are easy for buyers to visualize themselves living in. Our furnishings are stunning with a neutral color pallet. To put the icing on the cake, we add pops of color with trending accessories and artwork.

Occupied Staging
This is a fun service, selecting furnishings and accessories from your home we recreate arrangements that will make the floor space appear larger and draw attention to the special focal points and details in your home. Often times special features get lost in an over accessorized home. This will require homework for the sellers, decluttering is always essential, perhaps some paint in a room or two. Buyers will be more likely to try and lowball their offer if they see too many projects such as painting in their future.. People want the most bang for their buck. Don’t leave money on the table! Making these improvements will attract more offers. Staging will help you sell much quicker and add value to your home.

If you are ready to update your home and afraid of making the wrong choices, I am here to help. Staying current through constant training and access to all the current trends, I can walk and talk you through all those tough decisions. So many times people make expensive mistakes with color choices in permanent fixtures and finishes. My certification in color has given me the knowledge of colors that play well together, and knowing the ones that don’t get along. Through consulting together with you, I will bring your vision to life.

If you are a ”Do it Yourself” kind of person, or perhaps you need a nudge in the right direction, this is a good starting point. We will walk through your home together taking photos in each room. Gathering your ideas and vision for either your renovation or your staging needs, I will share my thoughts and ideas, then provide you with a step by step action report complete with pictures. At this point you decide if you need my further assistance.
About Me
With a love for interior design, and an opportunity to stage homes for local realtors,
a career in staging fell into my lap. This worked out perfectly after my dreams of getting a degree in design fell trough when I left Michigan and moved to Delaware with my young family. With 17 years experience as a cosmetologist, I was ready to start a new career. I was always drawn to arts and being creative, recreating interiors gets me excited! After 15 years experience I can still say I love my career!
